    What Documents are needed to open a Company Account (Private Limited Company and Public Limited Company)?:

A company account is opened in the name of a respective Company which is registered at Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC) of the Government of People's Republic of Bangladesh. To open a company account in a Bank the following documents are needed or required:

1. Memorandum of the Company
2. Article of Association of the Company
3. Certificate of Incorporation of the Company from RJSC
4. Certificate of Commencement of Business of the Company (the Document is needed for Public Limited Company)
5. Trade License (in the name of the Company issued from respective authority)
6. Tax Identification Number (TIN)/Business Identification Number (BIN) Certificate of the Company
7. Form XII (which includes Particulars of the Directors, Manager and Managing Agents and of any Therein)
8. List of Directors of the Company (with details including Photos, NID, TIN, Address, etc.)
9. Board Resolution (to Open and Operate the Company Account)
10. Passport Size Photographs, NID, TIN, Utility Bill, etc. of each Signatory of the Account
11. * Form QA-22 (for directors of foreign nationals)

* All documents should be certified true copy and/or attested by respective authority.
