An Overview of IBBL CellFin App

CellFin is a popular digital banking wallet of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL). IBBL inaugurated CellFin App on 30 November 2020 at Islami Bank Tower, Dilkusha C/A, Dhaka. It is an Omni channel financial mobile application (FinTech Product) which provides different types of banking services. By using the CellFin App, customers can avail verity of financial or non-transactional services. The slogan of CellFin is ''Banking and Beyond''. Presently, CellFin has 2.7 million users, and rapidly increasing its users. After successful registration, the CellFin app user can avail 2 (two) virtual dual currency prepaid cards (VISA and Master Card).

On 22 June 2022, the app launched issuing dual currency-supported virtual prepaid Mastercard through which anyone can purchase from any local or foreign e-commerce sites both in local and foreign currency. On 17 November 2021, IBBL launched QR Payment through CellFin App with the support of SSL COMMERZ.

Who Can Use the IBBL CellFin App:
1. Any Bangladeshi Nationality having Valid NID, or
2. Having Islami Bank Account (That is Maintaining Account with IBBL)
3. Valid Mobile Number
4. Any Person Age above 18 (Eighteen)

Anyone can complete IBBL CellFin App registration from Home and abroad. Presently, CellFin can open and use from 25 countries including UK, USA, UAE, Maldives, KSA, Bahrain, Oman, Singapore, France, Italy, Spain, Kuwait, Australia, Norway, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Malaysia, Qatar, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, and Brunei.

7. Cash Withdraw (from IBBL ATM Booth, IBBL Branch and Sub-Branch, Agent Banking Outlet, and mCash Agent)
8. Bill Payment (IBBL Khidmah Credit Card Bill, Dhaka WASA )
9. Bill Payment (Titas, Jalalabad Gas)
10. Bill Payment (Electricity - DESCO Postpaid, DPDC Postpaid, NESCO Postpaid, and Palli Bidyut (Prepaid)
11. Education Fee Payment*

13. Request Money (From CellFin)
14. Receive Remittance with secret PIN or VISA Direct
15. Add IBBL Bank Accounts and Check Balance and Statement

18. Open different types of A/Cs (such as MSA, MSSA, MMPDA, SMSA, MIESA, MPA, MHSA, and MMSA) at IBBL by selecting respective Branches

21. Pay different types of Fee and Payment through Automated Challan System
