    Power of Attorney (POA):

Power of Attorney (POA) refers to giving legal power to one person or its agent or another to take legal decisions as described in the deed on his/her/their behalf. Power of Attorney is a legal document. POA indicates that owner of the property (who is known as 'Principal') gives legal authority to a person/ its agent to take legal decisions on behalf of the original property owner that is power giver (Principal). By obtaining legal authority, the power receiver (who is called 'Attorney') can take decisions as per deed where date of execution of deed, purposes of the power giver, details of powers, responsibilities, and duties of power receiver, etc. described.
